How to Apply

There is no separate application for the ADB scholarship itself. You must apply for admission to an approved master's program at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and indicate your interest in being considered for the ADB-JSP scholarship during that process. The university will then shortlist and nominate candidates to the Asian Development Bank. Refer to the official application portal for the list of approved fields and admission requirements.
