Portugal Government Scholarship 2025

The Portugal Government Scholarship Program for the 2025-2026 academic year offers fully government-funded scholarships to support financially disadvantaged national and international students pursuing bachelor’s, master’s, or Higher Professional Technical Courses (CTESP) at public and private Portuguese higher education institutions. Scholarships cover tuition and provide a monthly stipend for living and education-related expenses, paid in 10 installments.
