Fulbright Hildeman Fellowship

The Fulbright Hildeman Fellowship offers Swedish scholars a fully funded opportunity to teach and research in the U.S. for the 2026-27 academic year. Hosted by North Park University in Chicago during the spring semester (January-May 2027), the fellowship aims to strengthen academic and cultural ties between Sweden and the U.S. It covers travel, living expenses, visa fees, and insurance. Applicants must hold Swedish citizenship (dual U.S.-Swedish citizens are ineligible), demonstrate English proficiency, hold a terminal degree (PhD, MFA, or equivalent), and have proven university-level teaching experience.
