The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at the University of Rwanda is a fully funded scholarship program that supports academically talented yet economically disadvantaged young Africans pursuing undergraduate and master's studies. The scholarship covers tuition, accommodation, laptop, living stipend, and other support services.
